фин. пропускная [пропускающая] ценная бумага* (разновидность ценных бумаг, обеспеченных пулом ипотек или иных долговых инструментов; "пропускными" называются потому, что платежи заемщиков по входящим в пул кредитам на пропорциональной основе передаются эмитентом этих ценных бумагам лицам, купившим эти ценные бумаги, т. е. платежи в счет процентов и погашения основной суммы долга по кредитам из пула "пропускаются" через эти ценные бумаги в пользу конечных инвесторов; при этом выплаты владельцам ценных бумаг зависят от фактических платежей, осуществляемых заемщиками по кредитам из пула; в случае досрочных погашений кредитов из пула такие ценные бумаги также погашаются досрочно; также может использовать модифицированный вариант таких ценных бумаг, при котором эмитент обязан осуществлять определенные выплаты владельцам ценных бумаг не зависимо от того, были ли получены платежи от заемщиков по кредитам из пула)
